First, the worry/fear emotion has no definite and fixed object, or is obviously too much beyond the reality (such as feeling flustering or even just feeling a heartbeat, worrying that one is going to die suddenly), or the anxiety persists after the relevant objective problem has been eliminated.

Second, pathologic anxiety can have physical symptoms in addition to emotional experiences.

It can be fidgeting, pacing back and forth, yelling, shaking; It can also be manifested as sweating, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, dysphagia, chest sulking, shortness of breath, dyspnea, frequent urination, sleep disorders and other symptoms.
