We cannot ignore mental health

Mental health, a word that is both familiar and unfamiliar to us, and many of us can suffer from mental health over a lifetime. Because the pace of modern life continues to accelerate, many of us will suffer from mental problems, such as depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychological disorders and so on.
