First of all, except for organ diseases, you do not need to pay too much attention to the pain caused by fear. It is all caused by your emotional tension.
After you relax, these uncomfortable feelings will gradually disappear. Similarly, dizziness, insanity and so on these symptoms are also because you are too sensitive to a point, too much attention, leading to local pain.
So when you recognize that, the next time you know it's an emotion that's causing your physical discomfort, you don't have to be so nervous, give yourself time to relax, and let the emotion come. Don't take it too seriously. Just treat it like a paper tiger.It won't actually do you any harm.Take it easy for a while, and when it's over, you'll feel much better. At first, you'll take longer to relax. Don't rush. Take it slow, repeat it a few times, and your relaxation time will get shorter. In the end, the tension will come, and it will soon pass.
2. What do you think of death?
To understand death, we first need to know where life comes from.
Looking at the whole universe, all the planets and life on the planet, are made up of the laws of the universe's operation.We humans are bred by nature, which is born in the environment of the earth.
So life and death, in the universe, it's just a natural process of change. Objectively speaking, he is neither good nor bad, nor happy or sad.
Good or bad, it's just the product of our own subjective consciousness.
Life comes from nature and death returns to nature. Everything is born, grows, grows old, and dies, only at different times.
If you feel it with your heart, you will understand that life and death are gifts from nature. Your attitude towards life is filled with gratitude.
You will no longer be afraid of death, and you will cherish the present moment and do what you have to do.
When you understand how everything relates to you, you begin to think about how you can become better. How to live a good life. Instead of living in comparison to others. You will have your own mind, instead of what happened, you will be terrified, the inner strength is not at all.
Don't panic. Live in the moment and cherish every day. I now go from being afraid of anxiety to being enjoying anxiety. Because anxiety is a good opportunity for reflection. Are you living in the moment? Are you doing what you want to do?
Some people ask me, after anxiety, what changes have you had? There is. Your perception, your mindset will be different, because you will have a much clearer view of the world. You clearly live in the present moment.
All right, this is my way out of five years of anxiety. When I look at those experiences again, the tears are really rolling in my eyes. It is not easy to get out of this mental dilemma.
But now, I really thank it. It gave me a more essential understanding of life. It helped me find the meaning of my life.
